This 70% Chocolate tastes like 95%. Sugar alternative is not sweet as sugar and you can feel the full richness of dark chocolate. Made only with cacao nibs and birch sugar (Xylitol), this superfood chocolate is packed with flavour, without guilt. You can use it in your baking, cooking, make a hot chocolate with it, eat straight away, melt and add inclusions, there are no limits. Even it is dark chocolate, it is not very bitter and it is well balanced. Made in small, artisan batches, handcrafted and made locally in NZ.
