OLIVE BLACK OLIVES PASTE is produced only with the pulp of the olives that have been previously placed in brine with water and sea salt, then chopped with a little oil. Decent taste of slightly salted olive. Ideal for pasta and croutons, also combined with a fresh cheese spread or a creamy blue cheese.
Once opened, store in a refrigerator covered with oil.
Ingredients: black olives 89%, extra virgin olive oil 10%, salt, natural flavors, acidity regulator of citric acid.
