Cinnamon Donut Peanut Butter Fudge

This is such a simple 3 ingredient recipe that is a super fat bomb and tastes just as incredible as regular fudge! 

115g Butter

1/2C Haven Foods Monk fruit + Allulose blend

250g Forty Thieves Cinnamon donut peanut butter

1tsp vanilla extract

1. Melt butter on the stove

2. Add sweetener and stir until melted. Let mixture come to a rolling boil and add vanilla

3. Keep boiling for 3-4 minutes

4. Take off heat and stir in peanut butter. Be careful as the mixture will be boiling hot!

  Pour into a lined tray and set in the freezer for 30 mins

 

Cut into squares and store in fridge or freezer
