Ingredients-

85g almond meal

75g desiccated coconut

50g hemp seeds

50g ground linseed

70g chia seeds

120g coconut cream powder

pinch of sale

Directions

'1. Gently mix ingredients together until combined

2. Keep in an airtight container and use as required.

3. To make porridge-

Add 50g porridge mix and 120ml water or milk of choice to a pot.

Bring to a gentle simmer over a medium heat until it reaches consistency you like.

The addition of 1 egg yolk and a dash of cream makes for a richer, creamer porridge.
