Ingredients: Feel Good Protein Whey Protein Isolate (milk), stabilisers (551, 471). Contains milk.

Very Low Lactose - less than 0.1g per 100g of powder. (99.9% Lactose Free – Great for sensitive tummies). For comparative purposes, Low Lactose is less than 2g per 100g of powder set by the Food Standards of Australia and New Zealand (FSANZ).

Directions For Use:

Please note that because this is a Whey Protein, there are certain steps to follow in order to have the optimal mix.

For each scoop (1), add to 300ml of any liquid and mix for 15 to 30 seconds.  Add to your favourite cold foods and drinks as desired. For best mixing results do not use a spoon or fork. Please use a shaker with a whisk ball inside or a mixing device such as an electronic whisk, blender or similar.

Important for hot liquids: Whey proteins have mixing issues such as clumping when added directly to hot liquids. To avoid this, please mix powder into room temperature or cold liquid, when fully dissolved, please heat up to desired temperature. Mixing times can vary with the density and temperature of the liquid.
