Small batch production using our own artisan ingredients - Spanish Romulo olive oil, free range eggs, Mas Portell Moscatel vinegar, Romulo capers and Basque cornichons. Enjoy with pan-fried fish or serve as a dipping sauce with chunkyswede  chips.
