Low Carb Haven Terms of Trade - Retail Agreement

These are the Terms & Conditions of the sale of all goods supplied by Low Carb Haven to any person, firm or company placing an order with Low Carb Haven for retail direct to consumers. These terms and conditions shall apply unless Low Carb Haven agrees in writing to vary these terms and conditions

Acceptance 

Placing an order with Low Carb Haven confirms your acceptance to these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, Low Carb Haven reserves the right to terminate any account at our discretion. We may at any time seek to vary these terms and conditions and you will be notified in writing prior to any changes being enforced.

Prices

All prices shown on the Low Carb Haven Wholesale website are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are INCLUSIVE of GST. The recommended retail price of each product is listed on the website in NZD. As a retailer, you are free to set your own RRP, but we ask that you do not sell below the RRP as shown on our website unless they are clearly marked as being on sale for a limited time only.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when processing your order through the website.

Orders under $250.00 will incur a $19.50 shipping charge. Orders over $300 will be freight free

Returns and Cancellations 

Should you place an order in error, please contact us immediately and we can issue a refund. Please note that once your order has been processed we are unable to offer a refund or accept return of stock.
