Justine's Keto Bread Rolls Baking Instructions

What You'll need: 

  • 240 ml Warm Water ( 100ml of boiling and 140ml of cold is perfect )
  • 7 g Fast Acting Dried Yeast
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 30 g Olive Oil
  • 290.50 g Justine's Keto Bread Roll Mix

Instructions:
Add to your electric mixing bowl, 100ml of boiling water and 140ml of cold water
(approx. 45 - 50C) & give it a quick mix with a spoon, so that there are no hot pockets of water. Add
to this, your eggs, olive oil & yeast & give it a quick whisk. Add in Justine's Keto Bread Roll Mix and mix
with the standard hook for 10 seconds, then switch to the dough hook and mix for 5 minutes. Divide
into 10 rolls of approx. 66g raw weight and then gently tuck any loose ends underneath to create a
smooth top. Place rolls on a greaseproof-lined large baking tray & prove in a warm place for 30 - 40
mins. Bake at 190 degrees for approx. 25 mins.
For use in a bread machine - Follow the instructions of your bread machine.


Storage. Store Rolls in an airtight container or resealable bag. Will keep for 5 days.

Freeze: Freeze baked rolls for up to 3 months. Defrost and heat in the oven and serve.


Justine's Keto Bread Loaves Baking Instructions

Split dough into 2 even portions ( this mix will make 2 loaves). It may be too much for 1 average size loaf tin. So separate mix to make 2 loaves.

Place the mix into a lined loaf tin(s). Allow to prove in a warm place for 30 mins - 40 mins and then bake for 30 minutes at 190°C.

For an extra crunchy crust, remove from the loaf tin and bake for a further 10 minutes.


Justine's Keto Bagels Baking Instructions

To make bagels, roll the dough into a long sausage, and portion it into 10 equal portions.
Roll in a bagel shape, looping the ends together, and seal them to form the bagel. Place the dough
on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and proof in a warm place for 30- 40 mins and then
bake for 25-30 minutes at 190°C.


Justine's Keto Pizza Bases Baking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Portion dough into 2 equal portions. Using wet hands and a slightly wet
surface will help you handle the dough if needed. Roll out the dough in between greaseproof
paper/silicone sheets. Place each dough portion on lined greaseproof pizza trays. Bake the bases on

tray lined with greaseproof paper for around 10 minutes. Flip the bases over and add your toppings.
Bake for another 15 minutes.
