Magnesium Inositol Relax 454gm

A fizzy, lemonade-flavoured magnesium and inositol powder from NOW Foods, mixed into cold water for an easy daily serve. Each serve provides 400mg of magnesium and 2,000mg of inositol, naturally sweetened with stevia and monk fruit.

Directions

Mix 2 level teaspoons into at least 300ml of cold water or another clear, cold drink, once daily.
