If you like to stack your smoky flavors, our Chef’s Blend Smoked Real Salt is for you. To create our Chef’s Blend, we smoked unrefined, ancient Real Salt (aka “Nature’s First Sea Salt”) for 42 hours using five different types of wood (our own Chef Shawn’s secret recipe). Chef’s Blend has a well-rounded flavor that’s plenty strong, but not as intense as Hickory. It is delicious on anything—asparagus, eggs, your favorite protein, and everything in between. (We haven’t tried it on ice cream yet, but you could!)but you could!)
