Marry Me Chicken

  • 35 gm Mingle Tuscan Chicken Seasoning

  • 3 Large chicken breasts

  • 240 mL Chicken stock
  • 240 mL cream

  • 100 gm Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup Sundried tomatoes

  • Large Handful Spinach

  • 1 Onion

  • 3 Garlic cloves


  1. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium high heat & brown the chicken for 4-5 mins on each side or until cooked through. Transfer onto a place and set aside.
  2. Saute the onion & garlic until fragrant then add chicken stock, sundried tomatoes, cream & Mingle's Tuscan Chicken Seasoning. Stir until combined & allow to simmer for 2-3 mins.

  3. Lastly, add parmesan cheese and spinach. Cover to allow cheese to melt and spinach to wilt then place chicken breasts back in the sauce & let simmer for a few more minutes.
  4. Serve on top of low carb pasta or rice.
