Base Ingredients
1/2C Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
Filling Ingredients
70g Cream Cheese
70ml Coconut Cream
1 Before You Speak Sachet (flavour of choice)
1/2 Tablespoon gelatin with a dash of hot tap water
2 Tablespoon Natvia
1/2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
Topped with keto friendly chocolate of choice
Method
- Melt coconut oil and mix all base ingredients together
- Press into moulds and freeze
- Add cream cheese, coconut cream, cocoa powder and natvia into a blender or use a stick blender to combine
- Dissolve Before you Speak Coffee, and gelatin in a dash of hot water and add to filling mix
- Blend well
- Pour filling onto the bases, add shaved keto friendly chocolate and set in fridge
