As soon as I saw the new Keto Butters from Forty Thieves I knew it was destined to be a slice! it is a fresh, zingy slice full of healthy fats!
Ingredient's
Base
3/4C Almond Meal
1/4C Coconut flour (can omit for almond meal)
2-3 TBSP melted coconut oil
Handful of crushed Freeze dried raspberries
Filling
2/3 Jar Forty Thieves Raspberry and Macadamia Keto Butter
2 TBSP melted coconut oil
2-3 tbsp powdered sweetener
Topping
1 bar Vitawerx White Chocolate
1TBSP Coconut oil
Crushed freeze dried raspberries
Method-
- Combine base ingredient's until it resembles breadcrumbs
- Push into a pre lined baking tin and set in freezer
- Next, add butter, coconut oil and sweetener and mix- do not use too much coconut oil as the butter already has MCT oil in it
- Spread over the base an pop into freezer for 20-30min
- Melt Vitawerx and coconut oil in 30 sec increments' in the microwave
- Pour and spread over the slice and top with crushed raspberries and if desired macadamias.
- Pop into fridge for 2 hours to set. Cut into desired sized slices
- This slice is quite soft so you may want to store in the freezer
