Here is the simplest recipe for making a sugar free Pili Chocolate Fudge. This is so easy to make and is suitable for Keto Diabetics and everyone in between and OMG so delicious.!!!
Ingredients
60g Almond Butter
65g Cashew Butter
Please note- you can use ANY nut butter here)
100 grams coconut oil (softened)
60 grams Sweetnz Icing (not) Sugar
50 grams Cocoa powder (Raw or ordinary)
40 grams of Pili Nuts (an flavour or a combination even!)
3-4 drops of Sweetnz Chocolate stevia
60 grams Sweetnz Icing (not) Sugar

Method-
Put almond butter, softened coconut oil and Sweetnz Icing (not) Sugar into a bowl and beat until smooth with an electric mixer.
Add the sifted cacoa powder and slowly mix in until blended well. Add stevia drops to taste.
Fold in Pili Nuts.
Put into silicon mould and put into fridge to set.
Cut into pieces and store in sealed container in fridge

1. Powder sweetener speed 9 10 seconds
2. Weigh in coconut oil, nut butter speed 7 10 seconds
3. Add cocoa and stevia speed 5 10 seconds
Scape down
Fold in Pili Nuts
Set in either a baking tray or silicone moulds.
