TROPICAL KETO CHEESECAKE
What you’ll need:
1 x SNAXX lemon cheesecake mix
20g unsalted butter melted
50g cream cheese at room temperature
50g thickened cream
10-20 drops Vital Zing Tropical Water Drops
Optional : 1 tbs passionfruit pulp
Line a mini cake tin with baking paper. Combine butter, 5-10 drops of tropical water drops and base mix (taste if you want a stronger flavour and adjust). Fill the bottom of the cake tin with the mixture and press down evenly. Refrigerate whilst you make the cheesecake filling.
Beat the cream cheese in a small bowl until smooth. Add the cream, 10 water drops and cheesecake mixture and beat until combined and smooth. Taste and add more drops if you prefer. Pour into the cake tin and smooth the top.
If you’re using passionfruit pulp add to the top of the cheesecake and swirl around with a knife. Refrigerate overnight for best results.
Slice into 4 and enjoy!
