For this recipe you could use
Vital Zing Water Drops flavours you like, or for a little something different try mixing your favourite flavours together!
STEP 1
Mix 1 litre of water with your chosen Water Drops flavour/flavours. For ice blocks we recommend around 100 - 150 drops (5ml) in total. (So for Raspberry / Pineapple 2.5ml of each flavour making 5ml in total.) Adjust to your preferred taste.
STEP 2
Pour into mould and allow to set for atleast 6 hours
EXTRAS
Many people add small sliced wedges of fruit to each mould to add a bit of bite, colour and let's be honest, it looks great. We normally use berries as it also adds colour to the mould but any fruit can be added.
