Never Fail Simple Coconut Yoghurt

Now I wasn't going to  type out this ‘recipe’ as I though it was too simple but I have had so many requests for it as it seems so many of you still struggle with getting it right. I will share all my secret tips for my no fail coconut yoghurt

Ingredients & Tools

  • 1 x 500ml KARA coconut yoghurt (in the box)
  • 2x Inner Health plus probiotic pills
  • Vanilla bean taste
  • Sweetener (Optional)
  • Plastic Spoon
  • 500ml glass jar (or bigger)
  • Muslin cloth

Please note the tools and brand of ingredients is important if you want my no fail result

  1. Make sure your 500ml Jar is clean and dry
  2. Give coconut cream box a shake and pour into the jar
  3. Put a squirt of vanilla bean paste (sweetener if you choose) into the jat
  4. Empty 2x inner health capsules into the cream
  5. Stir with a PLASTIC spoon– this cannot be a stainless steelspoon it must be plastic!
  6. Place the muslin cloth over the top and secure it with a rubber band or hair tie.
  7. Place in a warm, light but shaded place and leave for 24 hours
  8. After 24 hours remove the muslin cloth and stir with the plastic spoon. If it has reached the consistency you like, put the lid on and store in the fridge. If not put the muslin back on and check after 12 hours, I do not recommend going longer than 48 hours
  9. Store yoghurt in fridge
  10. Save 2 T of the yoghurt for your next batch, where you will simply need to add  coconut cream to those 2 T yoghurt and repeat steps
