This super simple rum ball recipe is such a crowd pleaser even the non- ketoers in our lives will love the decadent of the dark chocolate and the warmth of rum.
1/2C Cocoa Powder
1/2 C Coconut oil or butter (melted)
1/2 C Almond Flour/ meal
1/2C Coconut flour
5TBSP Cream
1/2C Shredded coconut
4 TBSP Sweetener of choice
60ml Rum (more or less to suit your taste)
More shredded coconut for coating
Dark Chocolate for coating
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl until it combines and becomes sticky, if it is too sticky add more almond meal
- Roll into balls and coat in more coconut or melted dark chocolate (I like to use the Well Naturally Dark chocolate)
- Set in the fridge for an hour or so
